Hoardwick is a local desktop application. We do not host, store, index or transmit any user-fetched content on our servers: all fetching, saving and processing happens on the user's own computer. There is therefore no user-uploaded content for us to remove.
If you believe the Software, this website or our marketing materials infringe your copyright, send a notice to dmca@hoardwick.com including:
Valid notices regarding material we actually host (website text, images, documentation) are actioned within 2 business days: removal or disablement of access, and notification to the uploader/poster where applicable.
We may revoke licenses of users who use the Software for redistribution of copyrighted content at scale, and we cooperate with lawful requests from authorities as required by applicable law.
If material was removed and you believe this was a mistake or misidentification, send a counter-notice to dmca@hoardwick.com with the same completeness requirements. We will forward it to the original complainant and restore the material within 10–14 business days unless they file a court action.
