1. 30-day money-back guarantee

If Hoardwick does not work for you, email support@hoardwick.com within 30 days of purchase and we will refund you in full — no questions asked. Please include your order number.

2. EU / UK statutory right of withdrawal

If you purchase as a consumer in the EU or UK, you additionally have a statutory 14-day right of withdrawal for distance contracts.

Immediate delivery & waiver of the withdrawal right: because the license key is delivered digitally and immediately, by completing your order you expressly request immediate delivery and expressly acknowledge that, once delivery starts, you lose your statutory right of withdrawal. This acknowledgment is a required checkbox at checkout and is never pre-ticked. A contract confirmation email is sent immediately after purchase.

Where the above consent is not (or cannot be) validly obtained, the 14-day withdrawal period applies as normal: notify us at support@hoardwick.com within 14 days and we will reimburse all payments within 14 days of the withdrawal notice.

3. Exceptions

Refunds may be refused for licenses obtained through fraud, resold, or after repeated chargeback abuse;
Chargebacks filed without contacting support first may result in license revocation.

4. How refunds are processed

Refunds are issued to the original payment method by our merchant of record (the payment provider named at checkout), typically within 5–10 business days depending on your bank.
